Some agents are under the impression having an HVAC contractor evaluate the system is better than what is done during a standard home inspection. But, with Home Spectors, the inspection is warranted. So if the client moves in and there is an issue it will be covered under the warranty. If the HVAC contractor checks it, and the system stops functioning once the client moves in, the contractor will say it functioned on the day of inspection and the client will be left paying for the repairs.

In an effort to make as many customers happy as possible, we will be glad to have an HVAC contractor also check the system. But please take the above into consideration as we believe it's just an unnecessary added cost to the client. Yes, some companies pad it into the bill as if it is included, but in comparing prices, ours brings more value for the agent and clients.
