How it Works:

  1. Provide your credit card details as a backup payment method.
  2. Once your real estate transaction closes, the inspection fee will be deducted from the closing proceeds. It is your responsibility to ensure the closing attorney has and includes the invoice.
  3. If the transaction does not close within the agreed timeframe, your card on file will be charged.
