Customer Support
Purpose:
This form is intended to thoroughly review concerns a client believes were missed during a home inspection. Please note:
-
Once a complaint is submitted, the original inspector who performed the inspection is no longer involved in the matter. All communications and decisions are handled by Home Spectors’ management team and, if necessary, third parties (including dispute resolution providers).
-
Per the North Carolina Home Inspector Licensure Board Standards of Practice and your signed Pre-Inspection Agreement, inspections are limited to a visual, non-invasive evaluation of readily accessible systems and components.
-
State regulators, associations, and insurance providers cannot require Home Spectors to pay for repairs. The inspection is not a warranty or guarantee against future conditions.
