What services do you provide?+
Home inspection, new construction, pre-listing, commercial, WDIR/termite, radon testing, mold testing, sewer scope, water testing, reinspection, and pool/spa inspection. Each service has its own page with scope details.
Can I attend the inspection?+
Yes. Buyers and their agents are welcome on-site, and many walk the property with the inspector to ask questions in real time. If you prefer to stay away, the on-site verbal walkthrough happens with whoever is present, and the digital report follows.
